Shipping Policy

I ship from the UK, within 2 working days (but usually same or next day in practice!). I use Royal Mail First Class to ship within the UK.

I also ship internationally, via Royal Mail Air Mail which estimates delivery time at 3-7 days (this is not guaranteed though). Please note that currently shipping to North America may take longer due to additional security measures imposed on mail. At present 'cube shaped' items (which includes my kanzashi, as they are packaged in a box) are being hand sorted. If you would like your item sent tracked, insured, or signed for, please convo me and I can give you an updated postage price.

All my kanzashi are packaged in a sturdy postal box with tissue paper to protect them.

Please let me know if you have not received an item. I obtain proof of postage so I can show you this and I will open a case with Royal Mail who will investigate the lost parcel. After their investigation in complete I can issue you a refund or replacement (60 days).

Returns and Refunds Policy
I take every precaution to ensure your kanzashi is perfect and reaches you in tip-top condition, but if the item is not as described or there is a problem with it please convo me within 3 days of receiving your item and I will arrange a refund once the item has been returned to me.
